Exhibit Animations proves prosecution claims false with surprise night vehicle collision animation.

Q2 2020

The goal for this litigation animation was to show how long the defendant was in the reasonable field-of-view of the plaintiff (the driver). We created this animation in collaboration with our client operating out of Georgia.

The plaintiff claimed the tractor trailer (defendant) taking a left turn in a well-lit intersection appeared to come out of nowhere, and they were incapable of stopping safely while traveling the speed limit (45 mph) before noticing the trailer right in front of them.

As our animation clearly demonstrates, the tractor trailer was clearly visible upon approach. The model of the truck and trailer are accurate to their real-life counterparts to ensure simulation of visibility is as accurate as possible.

As an additional precaution against the prosecutions’ rebuttal, we made a second render at 40 mph which included the hypothetical situation of the plaintiff braking late considering the visibility. This further demonstrates if the plaintiff had been attentive at the wheel, they would have had ample time to come to a complete stop well before the intersection.

Exhibit Animations collaborated with professionals in the body mechanics field to make sure the animation was as accurate as possible.
